Don't know what you hate with your job. You know a thing or two of alcohol? Sommelier could be a thing. Passionate about a certain drink? Open a store and try to find uncommon new drinks of that kind. Or even a brewery/distillery. Your competence is only limited by what you're willing to put the pain into learning.

The number one thing companies complain about, especialy big companies is motivated and reliable people. They want people to be there and they want people to performe, even so that if you appear very motivated and reliable they'll choose you over someone who has better qualifications. Try to play this when you've got an intake. Tell them literaly what they want to hear. When going on an intake, do a 15 minute search on the internet and try to soak up as much information on the firms as you can, try to figure out what strenghts they bring to the market, figure out what their biggest competitors might be. Try to fiddle this into the intake, it'll be an eye opener. Work on your body language, no saggy shoulders, look confident even if you have to fake it, make sure you've got a firm handshake. Don't be afraid to ask a follow up question when you're being asked a question yourself, it shows you've been paying attention and you're motivated. I could go on forever.

For the most parr part, unless you have some sort of education, you won't find a great job. There are exceptions and people who work their butt off to get there of course. But, think about some kind of trade school of onlinecourses if you can't/don't want to do an actual university.

Have an idea. Even the most stupid one. Wrap it in technology and entertainment packaging and pitch to venture capital boys. Thank me later. I quit being a bartender by age 27 with no clue what to do. Now, 10 years later I run this shit that brings losses year on year but VC boys needs shit being burnt. Look at WeWork or Uber. They loose about decent size profitable company a year yet they keep misleading everyone they are IT and their valuation skyrockets through the roof.
