Atleast a graph using a compensation modell As for the explanation there can be a multitude of reasons, employers taking a bigger share from the workers to have more for themselves, different versions of contracts and payment models or regarding production theory, that this increase in labour productivity is a result of the increase in mechanization/capital in the production and not necessarily a result of the workers skills to improve productivity (in a multiplicative model)

Because big corportations own the dnc, they make it very difficult for small buisness, with regulations and laws, that make economies of scale deadly to small companies (take minimum wage, a large corporation can handle that, while mom and pop are out of luck)(many many such laws effect this) big corps mostly donate to the dnc, especially the bankers and pharmaceuticals .

Because productivity is not solely factored by the workers output, the company could have invested in technology or machinery that actually speeds up the productive process. Also the worker does not take the same risks the company undertakes when hiring/investing/choosing how and what to produce/marketing/selling a product, that’s why they gain more. Higher the risks higher the rewards, at least in a fair system.
